Valentine cookies

So for Christmas Jen got a cookie machine that you put the cookie dough in and then put a shaper on the end and it squirts out certain shape cookies. Well she decided to make heart cookies for Valentine's day and some came out great....

The some came out shaped differently, in fact they seem to resemble something else that can be attributed to a Male's body. (pic below)When I came home Jen thought it was the funniest thing in the world, I cant seem to eat one though. Its just wrong!

Hiking Through Sand

You know its funny how life works, I remember telling my home teachers a couple of years ago how I was expecting a big trial in my life soon because my whole life has been too easy. I have been blessed with a great family, with the gospel, and basically everything has come so easily I felt like Job. He did say something very true after, he said “Life doesn’t have to be hard, most of the time we make it hard with our choices”.
I could not agree more with that statement but other times we get trials for us to learn or grow independent of our choices, my family is going through one of these now. I know that we have amazing support from family and friends, heavenly and earthly, and I just hope that I can learn what I need to soon so that we can look back upon this time with fondness and laughter as a family.
